FUTURE PROJECTS • Following the closing of the main yacht shows starting from the Cannes Yachting Festival, to the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show, and swooping down through the International Boat Show in Genoa and the Monaco Yacht Show in Montecarlo, let’s take a look at what projects the international shipyards and the more renowned designers in the sector have presented between awesomely futuristic looking yachts which won’t become reality in the foreseeable future and models which will probably set out to sea in a few years.

A BOAT WITH TWIN HULLS A CATAMARAN • For many it is only a boat with two hulls and nothing more, but the catamaran is a kind of under-exploited craft where project designers dispose of ample space with which to experiment new ergonomic and stylistic solutions.

LÜrssen Yachts Tis • A super luxury floating hotel which thanks to its Ice Class compliance can cruise the remotest zones. This is a fitting way to describe TIS a 111 metre long superyacht whose interiors and exterior layout and decor have been initialled by Winch Design studio. Five star hotel inspiration has gone into this project like London’s Claridges and Le Bristol in Paris.

Cantiere delle Marche Audace • The Ancona shipyard hit the market in 2010 in the middle of the last recession. And thanks to its tenacity it has become a leading shipyard in the whole of the Explorer Yacht sector.

PROPELLERS LIKE ROTATING WINGS • The way a propeller works is generally explained in over simplified terms when compared to a bolt advancing along the inside of a nut, or if you prefer, to the movement a corkscrew will perform as it penetrates a cork inside a bottle. The reality though is entirely different.

Sanlorenzo SD96 • The Sanlorenzo SD the new entry level of this range sports attractive exterior lines by Studio Zuccon International Project with interior decor by Patricia Urquiola debutante to the superyacht world.

Azimut Grande S10 • Alberto Mancini’s debut with Azimut Yachts almost concurs with the new Grande S10 gaining Flagship status in the S sector which recalls sports models from the automotive industry.

Maiora 30 WA Taboo of the Seas • “Taboo of the Seas”is the first unit of the new Maiora 30, second model of the New Series line unveiled in 2018 with the Maiora 36.

Nomad Yacts 95 Suv • Nomad 95 SUV was first presented in the course of the latest Monaco Yacht Show is Gulf Craft’s new flagship. This shipyard is highly specialised in designing and producing GRP and carbon fibre motor yachts.

Arcadia Sherpa XL • Following an invitation to take part in viewing the first model of the Sherpa XL being built at the shipyard. We’re happy to announce that the Sherpa XL recently hit the water and is the most welcoming in its category with an LOA of 24 metres and 220 square metres of available space.

Riva 90’ Argo • This Italian iconic brand lifts the benchmark and upgrades styling. Its aim: to set new parameters in terms of beauty.

LYNX YACHTS YXT 24 EVOLUTION • The YXT 24 is an evolution of the previous one, this new model clearly highlights those special features which today...
