MARKFIELD RE-OPENS • At 11am on Sunday 25 July the Markfield Beam Engine & Museum at Tottenham in north London reopened their doors and at 12.30pm the 1886 beam engine ran for the first time since the pandemic began. The moment was given a spontaneous round of applause by all those present, including our reporter James Hamilton.
