How I use an energy meter • This was my first time using an energy meter, and it was an eye opener. I had assumed that I was fairly frugal, but I’ve been proved wrong on that point, and will be more mindful about my ongoing energy use – at least until prices start to come down. In fact, by being proactive, I calculate that I could offset the cost of the meter in just over three months.
