When I created it, I was looking for something different, with vegetables, risky flavors and a hint of acidity and voila, this came out. I have tried changing some of the ingredients for others, such as asparagus for bimi or mint for cilantro, but in my opinion, this is the winning option. However, I encourage you to change some of these ingredients if they are not to your liking or if you simply want to explore and look for different flavor combinations.
